How good is this old map/picture?

I like how it shows how they classified all the area like scandiavia, anglia, scotia, germania, gallia

what is vandalia?
Who is the queen?
and is the language latin?

I think the map is meant to be read sideways with the Queens crown, actually I think it is supposed to be a King, pointing to the left. The language under the map is German. If you look in the middle you will see Bohemia surrounded by a wreath, the King might be one of the old Bohemian Kings.

Edit:
Here it is, previous poster was right, about the Queen, she is Europa. The map is from 1570 showing Bohemia as the heart of “Queen Europe.” Looking at the map you provided, sideways, Vandalia is located east of Germany, in present-day Poland, Dania (Denmark) is to the north of Germany, and Spain (Hispania) is the Queens crown and face.
